In 1984, W.L. Holcomb, a long time Mississippi Realtor and developer, established Coast Delta Realty; a name reflecting his operations all over the state. Mr. Holcomb envisioned the potential growth of the fledgling community of Diamondhead. In 1987, he was joined in the business by his daughter, Susan, and her husband, Jon E., who shared his vision. The firm grew from a modest beginning to a market leader in a few short years.
Jon and Susan's son, Jon W., joined the family business and began his real estate career in 1991.
In 1996, Jon E. and Jon W. incorporated as Coldwell Banker Coast Delta Realty; merging a well renowned national brand with a local realty noted for its depth of real estate knowledge, experience and service. The business has steadily grown to now encompass real estate sales, rentals and development throughout Hancock and Harrison County. As a third generation family business, it has been critical that the sales and operations staffs are an integral part of a "family" atmosphere.
